Planning

At this stage we will meet with you to better understand goals that you have for your property. Some of the most common projects we work on are ground up construction, conversions, additions, and remodels. We will help you navigate regulations and codes to see how you can achieve your unique goals and/or maximize real estate on your lot.

Design

We work closely with the homeowner to make sure their vision gets implemented in the final product. Our team of architects and designers will help you develop the concept of the project to the smallest of details. They will work closely with the engineering and construction teams to ensure structural integrity and constructability.

Estimating

Once design concepts are finalized, we will get to work on a detailed estimate for your build. We understand unique circumstances of a given project and work with our clients to meet their budget goals.

Construction Management

After all permits are approved and pulled, our team will get to work at the job site. We discuss every step of construction - logistics, testing for hazardous substances, excavation, ground up construction - with the homeowner to ensure all expectations are met.
