The concept of Division Construction was conceived in the city of Los Angeles, an area with some of the most expensive and under-supplied housing in the country. Our mission is to make construction of primary residences and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) more affordable. Homeowners often do not have the time to reach out to multiple contractors for different scopes of work, then negotiate their pricing. This is where we come in.    In addition, we work with homeowners to utilize full potential of their lots by maximizing construction of additional dwelling units. We have experience with local zoning regulations, ordinances, and senate bills to determine what can and cannot be built on a specific site. Our team will show you how you can legally build up to 3 more units on your property for your relatives or tenants. We work closely with local planning and building departments to make sure all construction is legal and permitted.
